I found that this book is of very little value, and you should not spend your hard earned money on it.

Do your research, review the other books by this author and the publishing company. You will be able to see that nearly all of the books are useless. All of the real reviews say the same thing; these books are put together in a hurry, overpriced, and of little value.

Not a bad book, however I crave for it to be available in a format that is easy to read on my kindle - the PDF version is hard to read that way.
Found quite a few typos which distracted me somewhat.

ITIL is a tough course to stay focussed on in any way, and reading the 400 page ITIL intermediate books is pretty much not an option.

This books goes some distance towards filtering the OGC babble from the useful content, but I would recommend using other sources as well - though many do seem to be close to identical to this book.

I'm more of a top-down learner though, and this book tends to be leaning towards the detail mixed with the summaries - making it hard for me to learn. For others though this could be a perfect match.

I recently bought this course kit as part of a pathway offering to reach ITIL EXPERT. I found this guide extremly helpful, since the exam actually takes content out of two ITIL core publications, Service Strategy and Service Design. Thus, before I started reading this guide i really did not know where to start. This book then helped me to focus on what is exam relevant and aided significantly in my studies
