Although specificity is lacking, there is much information of value to anyone considering establishing a restaurant.

Unlike Buying & Selling A Restaurant Business, this book is worth the price even though, after reading it, you will want to do a lot more research on the web and at your local library. The writer does a good job telling you where to get the information...
