Basic Information
This book was a basic introduction to the items to consider when buying or selling a restaurant. It was more of an overview than anything else. If you're looking for detailed information as to how to prepare a business plan or a budget, look elsewhere. If you want a broad look at the hurdles you may encounter along the way, this was a quick review.
