I hate when negative reviewers tell you to "Believe all the other negative reviews...this item is crap." But what, you shouldn't believe any of the positive ones? Well here is a positive one. Yes, a couple of the suction cups were a little deformed and didn't stick so well at first...but they regained their shape, and now every single suction cup sticks. The item worked as advertised for me and my tub...and our little boy loves it.

The bumper is very cute especially if you have a Sesame Street fan. Fits well in our oval tub. One negative, if you fill the tub up over the bottom of the bumper, the suction cups don't stick as well because the bumper will float. If you keep the water level below the bumper, this isn't a problem.

The bumpers work pretty good. I have an oversized tub so they don't fit all the way around but they stay on fairly well. Every once and a while one suction cup lifts but other than that the oversized suction cups work very well. My daughter loves the sesame street characters on them and enjoys taking a bath. I would recommend them for the tub.

i thought this was the cutest thing ever since my son looves sesame street and couldnt wait to get home and try it out.... inflated it and put it in the tub...and taaaaadaaaaaa.. the cups stuck for a second and came undone. So then I tried to push them down harder and thought ok maybe this will work now.... but nope.. not at all- they still came off... I was sad=( would of been really really cute if the suction cups stayed put.. so yes I am another person going to return this.. and a sad peron as well=( please please save your time and money.. I know it looks really cute but believe all of the reviews because they are true!

I used the product once and it ripped the first time I tried pulling it off the tub. Plus, it is too bulky and does not protect well.

I was so excited when I found this product online, there was nothing like it is the stores. Once it arrived we tried to inflate it but we found a leak. Amazon made exchanging the product really easy - that is the good news. The bad news is that when the second one arrived it looked great but no matter what we did, the suction cups would not hold to the tub, which is making this item more dangerous than not having it.

I was setting this bumber up in the tub for my son, and it tore in 2 places before it was even used. If it cannot withstand an adult adhering it to the side of the tub, how can it possibly withstand a toddler pulling on it while playing in the tub?

This product is a great idea, but no matter how hard I tried, I could not get the suction cups to stick to the tub. It's a smooth, regular shaped tub, nothing fancy, but it became more of a safety hazard than anything as my son quickly learned how to pull on it and try to body surf with it. Very disappointing.

We have an 11th month old baby boy that LOVES the bathtub. He can be a little crazy too! However, with the bumpers on the side of the tub he is just loving the tub even more. I was bathing him tonight and he fell forward, but his head did not bump the hard side...he bumped the bumper and it did not phase him at all. He continued to be happy and enjoy his bath. LOVE this product and think that all parents should have bathtub bumpers for their child since the tub has some very hard sides for a little head.

I bought this for our one year old grand daughter. She is like trying to bathe a fiddler crab on speed. I read the negative reviews but also read the reviews that said not to listen to the negative reviews. I wish I had listened to the negative reviews. The inflatable bumper pad is definitely easy to inflate, but no matter how hard I tried (and with them wet or dry) the suction cups just won't all stay in place at the same time for any length of time, and they come off spontaneously at random intervals (frequent random intervals). Even if they do stick they slip and slide while they stay stuck so that for the rare moments when all the little sucker feet are stuck in place at the same time...the bumpers are all crooked and caddywhomped. Even if I could have gotten them to all stick at the same time and stay stuck they wouldn't have been useful. It seems my little frisky fiddler crab loves the inflatable bumpers, so she just pulls them off and plays with them. These turned out to be really giant inflatable bath toys.
