I bought this for my 11mo. old because she loved playing with the one her 2 1/2 year old cousin owns. She hasnt really played with it much since I bought it but she liked chewing on the plastic parts that spin around. She doesnt seem to care much that it lights up and spins she just stares at it put she might like it as she gets older and can enjoy the lights. I would recommend this toy.
