5.0 out of 5 stars Good ball pit and fun!
My 3 year old son loves this ball pit. Unlike other ball pits, the walls are mostly covered, keeping the balls inside. One wall with 5 holes make it fun to toss the balls through whether you are inside the tent or outside (and a fun way to get the balls back into the tent). Two sides have netting for air flow and to see inside the tent. The zippered opening is just as...

3.0 out of 5 stars 3 X the fun!
I bought this for my 3 grandbabies all under 2 yrs. It may have been geared for a bit older child but they are having a blast in the cube with all the colored balls. My grand-daughter will be 2 in Feb and she she just adores Elmo so she rates it very high. Her twin brothers are a year old and they toss the balls around creating the biggest belly laughs that just makes...

The zippered opening is just as much fun for my son as the balls - go figure. But the opening is high enough to keep balls inside. There is also a hole in the top, which allows oodles of fun to toss the balls in or out. I recommend this one because it keeps most balls inside, except when my son decides the greatest fun is throwing them OUTSIDE the tent.

I purchased this for our friends two year old. It was the hit of the birthday party. Easy to setup, everything nicely packaged. It can be a pain to fold back up. It comes with a nice amount of balls, and the construction is sturdy enough. Like all tents you don't want to sit it next to sharp edges as it of course isn't anchored and can fall over. I believe we had 3 or 4 children at a time in playing with it. The small dogs were also running in and out without tearing the bottom.

I bought this for my grandson for his first birthday. He's the third child in his family and I was looking for something his big brother and big sister didn't have. Of course, big brother and big sister love it. But the little guy is starting to explore and finding it fun. I'm thinking he's going to love it, will learn colors and even counting (give me three red balls.)

I bought this for my sons first birthday. It was a big hit at the party! There were 3 other kids ages 2 - 4 and everyone had fun. The structure is pretty sturdy and has a floor so you can pick up the whole pit with the balls and move it easily. The walls have mesh windows so I can see baby playing and a door that zips shut. There is a "lip" to help the balls from rolling out but baby likes to throw them out anyway. : ) An older kid could tip this over if playing to hard inside, so take care if buying for older children. the only con I have found is there isn't a way to prop the door open for little kids to crawl in and out. Some sticky velcro took care of that problem.

My husband and I purchased this as a present for our son's 1 year birthday. He absolutely adores Elmo and likes to play with balls.

I can't even begin to explain how much he loves this thing! He plays in it ALL THE TIME! I love how he can play with all the balls he wants and they aren't spread all over the living room floor or around the house. However, the peek holes on the side of the hut are low enough that some balls do come out of hut when he's rolling around in and 'splashing' the balls.

THIS DOES NOT FIT UP TO 4 PEOPLE! When a product says it can fit up to a certain amount of people, I assume that the product remains functional while the maximum number of people are occupying it. Yes, up to 4 kids can sit in the hut, but they wont be able to move! When my nephew comes over and plays in the hut with my son they are constantly bonking their heads together and fighting over space because one wants to lay down while the other wants to 'splash.'

Something to be cautious about when your kid(s) play in this is if the sides of the hut are leaned on or fallen on, it has a tendency to tip over on it's side. It's no big deal, my son actually thinks it's fun, however, it would be a good idea to have the hut set up on carpet or a rug.

Also, the item description says it comes with 50 balls, we only received 41. So, make sure you count them and contact the seller if you were shorted. Once we put the balls in the hut, it didn't look like I had imagined...I thought there would be more, it just looked like balls scattered on the mat. I pictured the bottom of the hut filled with balls like the ball pits at Burger King or McDonald's - but with a smaller play area and less balls. We ended up purchasing extra balls to mix with the other ones. He now has 150 balls in his hut and has a blast! He sits in the middle and runs his arms through balls and rolls, jumps, lays, and 'splashes' in them. He gets so excited while playing he will even squeal LOL.

DEFINITELY, recommend this product to ANY parent and DEFINITELY-DEFINITELY who has a kid(s) who can't sit still, like mine!

The extra balls we were purchased were:

We have two of these.. one for home, and one to keep at grandma's house. It's great because it easily folds up for storage unlike a blow up model, and it's durable if you have small dogs that like to bite at the house while your kids play inside :) Provides lots of fun for both our 10month old and 3 1/2 year old, and both fit inside easily. It only comes with 50 balls, so you will want to buy more.

I purchased this ball pit for my two-year-old son a little over a week ago, and it is by far his favorite toy. The pit is in bright primary colors, not the pastels that it appears in the picture. I have found that turning it on it's side with the actual opening on top works much better than the way it is supposed to be set up. It keeps the balls in a lot better, and there is a circular opening on the actual top of the pit that works well to climb in and out. He can carry it himself if it is empty, and he purposely collapses the walls when he is playing. So far it is holding up well!! I definitely recommend this product.

My 2 year old loves this toy. There are multiple holes on one side to throw the balls in and out, a hole on top, and large zippered entrance and the other 2 sides have a mesh screen so the kids can look out. I did not get extra balls, my little one is just happy with the small amount that came with it. I liked that the colors were neutral for a girl or boy so that when my baby girl gets bigger she will also use it. This product is not sturdy, but these kind of pop up houses are inexpensive so that was not a surprise. I recommend getting this has apposed to the house version because of the multiple activities kids can use it for.

My little girl plays with this quite a bit. She gets bored pretty quickly but not with this. I am going to purchase more balls, 50 is not a lot.
