I wasn't too impressed with this game at all! Theres not a lot to it. The only part my child really showed any interest to was the piano playing with elmo part where he sings. There are several places to click on in Elmo's World but nothing too spectacular to do. Most of the places you can click on are just short things such as his picture coming to life and then it takes you right back to Elmo's World. I figured there would have been more activities.

My 2 1/2 year old daughter and I love playing this game. Installed on my Mac flawlessly and ran without any errors.

The graphics are crisp and simple. The audio feedback in the games provide wonderful puzzles for my daughter to ponder and guess about. The user interface of the game is polished and simple to use. The classic Elmo shapes, colors, sounds and characters are all there. We love playing it together. Big smiles and giggles throughout.

What's not to love about Elmo! We really like this program. And the best part about it is that it has so many fun categories. Bugs, shoes, telephones, farm animals, and more. Each category has multiple activities to play. Mr. Noodle is even there! It holds my son's attention very well and we both have fun playing with it. I would highly recommend this program to any Elmo lover out there!

(On a side note....every time I clicked on the Bugs category, the screen went white and the program would freeze up. Just thought I would tell you about it in case it is a commonly reported problem. It could just be my computer though. Ya never know!)

I believe this was to no fault of the seller but was the product itself. It was defective. My little girl was excited about doing puzzles and reading with some of her favorite characters and when the CD did not install, she was very upset. I tried everything to make this thing work to no avail. I have the proper system requirements(which is why I chose this particular game), so I thought there would be no problems. "sigh" I had to return it.

We installed Elmo's World in a matter of minutes and were able to get playing right away. My 2 year old son was excited to play with Elmo. He enjoyed every minute and was asking for more Elmo. The ages on the box says 2-5 and he was able to do some things but not others. He will be able to enjoy playing this game as he gets older and learns how to use the computer more. I didn't particularly like the graphics and animations. It is supposed to be like Elmo drew it and my son didn't care but the graphics weren't clean and bright. It was also a little confusing on where to click to go to certain activities. Elmo listed off the activities to quickly and then we just had to choose objects in his room that sparkled but you didn't know what it was going to do until you clicked on it. I would have liked to know what each object did beforehand. I noticed that there were many activities that just required the player to just watch. Although, my son enjoyed watching it, I think that there should have been more interaction with the game. Even though I would have preferred things to be a little different, my son really enjoys playing this game.

I have four year old triplets who love Elmo. This was their first experience with the computer and they picked up on this game very quickly. I was surprised that they did not need more help. With multiples, I was expecting quite a bit of fighting over play time, but they loved it so much they quickly learned that they need to share in order to play. For that this mommy says "Thank you Elmo"! They loved the fact that the game is very similar to watching Elmo on Sesame Street or the Elmo dvd's. It has great graphics and music for pre-schoolers. There did seem to be a lot of time where the children were listening instead of interacting with the game, although this did not seem to bother them. It was also a little timely when you decided to end. It could be that they are at the high end of the age recommendation, but the games do seem quite easy for them. But all in all they love it, and I think that it is beneficial in introducing them to the computer world using a character that they all love.

This computer game is very much like the TV show. If your son/daughter is an Elmo's World fan, they will love this game. I like how the makers stuck to the features of the Elmo's World segment of Sesame Street, but made it interactive.

The starting screen of the game has six different themes to choose from including animals, pets, phones food, etc... From there it goes into Elmo's World with the piano, shade, Mr. Noodle, Dorothy and all the other features from the TV show. Your child can click on these different objects to do an activity, watch a video, play a song, and more. My daughter is 19 months old and she loved the videos. I think most of the activities are appropriate for preschool aged children, but there is enough content to entertain younger ones, if Mom or Dad plays along.

All around this was a really cute game. I was impressed by how many different activities there are. It would be great for a child who was learning to use the mouse, because there are lots of places to click.

As the mother of a huge Elmo fan I was excited to try this program. It was a quick and easy install. Registering the program online was fast and simple. With registration you can be informed of bug fixes. Once this program loaded it is super easy to get right to playing. My three year old went for the bug level right away. Once you choose a topic you are taken into Elmo's room to play. Just like the tv show you can play with Dorothy, see who is at the door, check Elmo's mail and more. It is simple to navigate and go back to choose other topics. I did have some problems with the program freezing and I would have to exit and restart to fix it. Other than that, tui is a great program for an Elmo fan.

When I first started this game for my son, I wasn't impressed. It seemed like it was mostly a "watching" game, and not too interactive. I played around with it at naptime and just couldn't find many games. Just lots of videos and such. Well, I let him play it by himself (he's almost 3) and he's found many games! Every time I look up, he's on a different one. He really enjoys it. He's able to navigate around by himself, rarely needing help. He loves seeing all his favorite Elmo's World characters interact with him and he's always calling me over to watch something, or I hear him giggling while he's playing.

Sesame Street's Elmo's World is a game for kids ages 2-5. It is classic Elmo's world, just like kids would see on TV, with its bright colors, cute videos and of course, adorable Elmo. In the beginning, kids can choose from several different categories of things to learn more about, for example, shoes, phones, pets, farms and so on. For instance in the phone category, kids will learn about other countries like Egypt and India, as well as see videos about how phones were invented. This game is great for preschoolers, especially those who really love Elmo!
