My 2-year old son LOVES Sesame Street and he loves this book. Elmo, Zoe, Oscar, Cookie Monster and Big Bird are all "hiding" and when you open the flap, they appear. This book brings smiles and laughs to my little one all day long. In fact, I have had to buy a 2nd copy because the 1st copy is so worn and torn!

My daughter is 1 and loves this book! I recommend it 1000%. It is short and fun. It is a perfect little book.

We bought this book for our 15 month old grandson for Valentines Day. He can't put it down! He brings it to us when we visit and we read it over and over. It's a much bigger hit than Valentine's candy!!!

got this for my daughters 1st bday- I was happy w/ it at first, the elmo flap on the front cover is very cute, and I love that the flaps on each pages are VERY sturdy, until the last page- then it is a typical "pop up" scene which she promptly ripped out....SO, may be okay for an older child who wouldn't be inclined to rip that last page out.....

also- for you Abby Cadabby fans- she is NOT in there! may sway you to another one.....

Excellent Book! I bought for my two year old daughter and she loved it!
She loves Elmo and his friends, characters and the story is so charming, i always read to her,the only bad thing: the last page the characters leap off the page and she simply tore the book, should have waited longer to give her reading...

This is my 18 month old grandson's favorite book (and he has many). He loves opening Elmo's hands on the cover, and pulling back the 1/2 pages to see who's playing "guess who." Few words allows the child to focus on details in colorful illustrations. Ruggedly constructed (no tears or rips yet!) with highly engaging content. If you're going to purchase an Elmo book, this is one of the frontrunners. Suggested for 18 months - 3 years.

this is a cute book. not one of my child's favorites, but it is cute and she does pick it out to read every now and then. she loves elmo, so i thought this would be a fun book for her; but, it just gets put in with all the others as an 'average' book. no reason not to buy it - it's cute. but no reason to buy it if you're looking for a new "favorite".

My granddaughter LOVES this book! She is 2 years old and loves Elmo anyway, but the "actions" invlved in this book fascinate her.

I bought this book b/c my daughter is now 2 & a little more careful with books. She absolutely loves this book but ripped the pop ups out of the old one when she was younger so bought her this new one. Highly recommend this book!

Bummer- the Elmo on the cover was ripped off when I got it- Hate the hassle of returns so will just tape it back together. But saw it later at Walmart- should have bought it there.
