This product was of very poor quality. We were so disappointed. The round outside rods were defective. The wood was actually rotted and split. We have been calling for a week, no one answers and the e-mail address bounced. This was a $69.95 toy organizer, not cheap. The company clearly doesn't care about it's customers. Will never order from them again.

This toy storage organizer was smaller than it looked in the pictures. When I received it, it reminded me of a shoe rack. The cloth bins are the perfect size for a pair of shoes. This is a good organizer for little toddlers, but not for older kids (4+) because one big toy car would fill up the bin. They are good for litlte toys like legos, blocks, etc. My son likes to pull the bins off and he can't put it back. It takes a little shifting to fit them all perfectly. Overall, this is a cute toy organizer for kids, but don't expect to store too much in it.

This is a very cute toy box but the screws are missing and one of the wooden poles is bent. Please contact me as to how you can fix this problem.

Received this for Christmas for my 1-year-old son. I am highly disappointed in the quality and size. This storage bin is not worth $5 and it does not even work. Do not buy unless you like wasting money.

Everyone in our family absolutely loves this toy organizer. We thought this would be better than a "treasure chest" style toy chest because our kids, who are crawling but not walking, could crawl right up to this and help themselves to toys, as opposed to a box with a heavy lid that they couldn't manipulate. And it worked! They love pulling their toys out, and also love playing with the fabric bins as much as the toys themselves. We love how convenient it is to have the toys in separate bins, instead of all in one big box. If we're going to grandma's or bringing the kids into another room to play we can just pick up a bin or two of toys to bring along. And when it's time to clean up we can bring the bins to where the kids scattered the toys, instead of having to make several trips back to a toy chest with armfuls of toys. This is definitely more appropriate for smaller toys, like rattles and small stuffed animals. We have shelves for their larger toys, since each bin is about the size of a shoe box. But this is a great way to corral all the little toys that end up everywhere.

The quality of the item is impressive. We've had it for months now, and the paint is not chipping and the unit is very sturdy. It was a little frustrating to assemble, since some of the rods screw in, but some are just held in by tension once it's fully assembled. The ones that are held in place by tension keep falling out of place until the whole thing is assembled, so you need to do a lot of balancing to get it right. There was a lot of cursing when I put this together. But once the last screw is in place this thing is like a tank, and it was worth the effort.

Honestly, I feel like the negative reviews on this product are very unfair. If you're not happy with the shipping cost of an item, don't buy it. But expensive shipping is not a factor in how happy you are with the actual product itself, and that should be what you're reviewing. And how can you be surprised by its size? I bought this for my toddler & spent 35$ shipping and handling, was not worth it. the rods were bent, the box was opened prior to shipping, the rods did not assemble to the sides correctly, the wood was bent, scratched. Very poor quality overall. the ONLY thing this is good for is for my son to throw the bins around as toys. the shelf is useless. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. it sucks.

Wasn't as large in size as I expected. But my grandson loves it! Great for sorting toys and teaching him to clean up his room.

I ordered two thinking I would get more for my money since the ones with more bins are twice the price. I should've known better. The cost of the two organizers came up to $39 something but the shipping and handling came up to $58! REALLY!(I'll never do 1 click purchasing again) I just had a stove delivered two weeks ago for under $100! I could have just brought a bigger one. So I just ordered it yesterday and try to cancel it this morning, less than 24 hours. Amazon says its not yet shipped. So it should be no problem cancelling right? Now all this takes place via email and this is the response I get:

We'll forward your request to the warehouse and they will try to cancel it. Unfortunately, we can't give you any promise because of the large volume of shipments that go out everyday, sometimes finding a package amongst the various hampers is difficult.

If we are able to cancel it, you will receive a confirmation email later tonight.

Note it says try to cancel. I feel like I'm about to be ripped off by this company and I'm pissed off. So I email them and ask them for the warehouse number so I can call because if they are that busy are they going to get my request really? And shouldn't cancellations go directly to them anyway? Will never order from these people again!

My 2 year-old son got this for Christmas and he was very excited. My mother bought and assembled it, so I don't know how difficult it was to put together. But she didn't complain about it, so I assume it wasn't too much trouble. He saw it unwrapped by the side of the tree and screamed, "Elmo!" Then he ran up to it and kissed Elmo. This organizer is very cute, but much smaller than I was expecting. Even though there are 9 bins, it doesn't hold too much. I'm glad to have something that will keep his toys off the floor in his room, but I'm going to have to buy an additional toy box for the living room to hold all his playthings. I gave this an educational value of 2 stars because I can use it to teach my son colors and about picking up after himself. I've only had this product for about a week, but it appears to be durable. I really don't think the price reflects the true value of the item (including the cost shipping, which was ridiculously high) but depending on how much your child loves Elmo, I'd say it's a judgment call. Also, if your child isn't overrun by a large volume of toys, or has a small bedroom, this could work for you. Overall: this organizer is cute, looks good in my son's small bedroom, and helps keep his floor clean, but I really wish it was bigger and the combined cost of price and shipping is too high. I'm glad it was a gift instead of something I bought.

This broke within a week. Flimsy, cheap quality. The baskets are nice and we use them to organize toys in a small dresser we purchased, but $65 for fabric baskets isn't exactly what we thought we'd be spending our money on.
