This is my least favorite CD out of the Ministry of Sound Sessions series. It was made in 1994 and I really don't think it showcases Oakenfold's talent. The only two tracks that stand out on this compilation are "(Who?) Keeps Changing Your Mind" and "Who Dares to Believe in Me?". Also, "There But for the Grace of God" is a great track as well. These three tracks are considered classics for good reason. Strong bass lines and refrains and choruses that are not easy to forget. Other than that, the rest of the CD is forgettable. If you want to hear Oakenfold at his best, please check out his later work from "Tranceport" and "Global Underground". To be honest with you, Paul Oakenfold is not one of my favorite DJs, however, Sessions 2 doesn't do him justice at all. Thank goodness Paul has done much better than this in more recent years.

First of all, this CD is from 1994, so theres only so much Oakenfold has to work with. Ok, with that said, this CD is solid all the way through, there arent any high or low spots, its just a good CD from start to finish. To me, its a type of mix that Id listen to on a Sunday morning after a weekend of goin out and livin it up. Its not the high-energy Trance sound that Oakenfold has put out before, but its still good and a nice way to draw the weekend to a close when you have to face going back to work or school.

This is another outstanding album in the series. I have been DJing and dancing since Sony's no cue mixer ... When "What a difference a day makes" was new a 45. Don't DJ publicly any more but still make it to Body & Soul parties.

Let me start with my least favorite track Notice Me and the mixing is fair to good. Let expound about the mixing: it on point and sharp not many over 20sec long mixes but very competent. ... Now that we got the bad out the way.

The rest some classics some not but all of the remaining tracks are very danceable, granted it not the trance type energy (like his newer stuff) but it driving rhythms will have you lofting into the wee hours. Those who loft will love it and will not be able to contain yourself. Those trance heads stay away (no glow sticks included here).

It starts cooking from (in my opinion) track 2 with India (what pipes) and continues to cook into almost a white hot boil all the way through. I had someone to listen to the CD from track #2, who claims doesn't like this type of music and they went out and purchased a used copy (not mine).

Find it and ENJOY!

I thought that the whole double album was one of the best that the MOS have ever done. i wish they would one day make a triple album where you can get even more dicent music to dance about too. COOL !!!

This is definitely what the MOS is all about. From start to finish it kicked. Cost me two speeding tickets and several long nights because the beat did not stop from track one. I dare someone to find a better compilation of house music. MOS when is the nextAnnual!! drewbru
