My two cats run around, in, and out of these two tent-like cubes. They are incredibly durable -- they bounce back into shape even when the cats tackle each other on top of them. The two tent-material cubes attach to each other by 4 velcro strips provided.

The cats hide, sleep and play inside. They take their other toys inside and dash in and out of them for hours!

These are by far the best cat toys ever. I got them last August (and it's now April) and the cats have not tired of them at all. By now, the kitties have torn two holes through the sides of of cube, but they still work.

I sit and laugh as they flip the tents around so one of the round holes faces up, and then they jump through the top hole. So fun to watch.

They also fold easily for storage.

These are cheap and the cats love them! We've got 2 cats, one who tears everything up and one who we've gotta beg to play with anything. They both loved these things, the "kittie cubes" often roll around our house with a cat or 2 inside of them. They're cheap, easy to use, easy to get rid of when you don't want it around, and they seem like a lot of fun for the cats.

These are awesome! I can't wait to buy another set to attach on.. They have easy velcro so really it has endless possibilities. Not only does my cat love it, but my ferret does too. He goes Crazy in it! They play together in it as soon as we pull it out. It's like catnip, we unfold it and it's on the ground two seconds before they both come running into or onto it. Recommended!

This product is a great concept, but has a fundamental design flaw. The material it's made of is a kind of mesh fabric (similar to what many of those reusable grocery bags are made of) which tends to tear very easily once the cat chews on it. When the fabric then begins to fray, and separates from the inner wire ring, the opening it makes can easily become stuck around your pet's neck. This inevitably freaks a cat out, and mine went tearing through the house, dragging the cube along with him, with his neck trapped in the torn hole. The cube evantually got hung up on furniture, jerking the cat to a stop. Fortunately, this did not break his neck.

In addition to this issue, the fabric has a tacky texture which acts as a magnet for loose fur, and the cube quickly becomes coated with hair.

I can't help but wonder if switching to a more standard nylon fabric (like what most tents are made of, might help alleviate both of the above-mentioned problems. It's smooth texture would not collect hair, and it would probably be more resistant to tearing.

Moment I unfolded this cat cute and set the 1st one on the floor, he plopped inside with curiosity and refused to get out xD. I unfolded the 2nd and had to gently dump him out of the 1st so I could hook the two together (which you do with a set of Velcro strips, very easy to do).

His favorite thing to do is when I take a long skinny pole like those from the cat toys set like fishing poles with a toy on the end (e.g. Da Bird), and I just rub the pole tip on the outside of the cube while he is inside. He LOVES it and goes nuts pawing at it since the cube is semi-transparent. I also poke the pole in and out of the holes or slide it under the cube so he pounces on it.

It is also very durable, flexible, and does not frighten him at all unlike some toys. He has jumped on top of it, bit on it, scratched it up, and it has only been a week but the cube magically pops back into its original shape. It is also extremely light and you can carry it anywhere. Also, the Velcro strips can be removed and you can hook 2 different sides of the cubes together for variety.

He also naps in it a lot.

CON: Beware when unfolding the cube. It pops open very forcefully and smacked me in the face, so hold it far way from you when you first unpack it.

But remember, kitty LOVES it.

Edit: it has been 9 months since we got the cube now, this is still his favorite toy. Cube has several small puncture holes from him clawing at it so aggressively but you really have to look to find them. The cube is starting to more easily get bent out of shape and stay that way, but with some manual manipulation you can easily pop it back to its original cube shape. For the price also, this cube is well worth it.

I have two cats and they LOVE these cubes. They chase each other through them and end up moving them all over the house in the process. These are a great investment (I bought 4 cubes) because you can change the shape they are connected in easily and cats love "new" environments. My cats have attempted to scratch at the cubes but they have no damage to them yet (had them about 3 months). They ignore the tassles but overall, an excellent product, my cats love them.

I got this set for my cat over the summer, and he loves it! These cubes are wonderful. Sometimes I like to combine the fun with his favorite toy, the laser pointer. He'll run in and out, and jump all around! Not only are they nice for playing, but also for sleeping. If for any reason your cat isn't using them (which I doubt!) they're very easy to fold up. They just fold in and out whenever you need to store them! My cat has chewed and scratched on the sides, with no holes punctured at all. The fabric is very durable! I highly recommend this to any cat owner. You'll get a lot of use out of them!

I loved this product when I first purchased it - great value, can add to it & our kittens love it. What I wasn't ready for was that it almost took our kitten's life yesterday. Our 2 kittens ripped the thin fabric cubes apart the night before (unbeknownst to us). One of our kittens got tangled up in the cubes and the ribbing of one of the play cubes and it wrapped around his neck so tight that you couldn't even see it when you looked at his neck. I walked in while his was choking. He was almost gone and went limp and lifeless. We cut the ribbing and we started CPR. After a minute or so of CPR he gasped for air and basically came back to life. He wasn't right at all so I rushed him to the vet. He almost died. Be careful when having your cat(s) play with this product. Keep them under close supervision. Any sign of the cube being torn - throw it out immediately!

I threw away all the kitty play cubes after that traumatic incident. I will not ever buy this product again!

My two cats spend hours jumping in, around, out of out these play tents. Incredibly durable and easy to fold and store away.

Like the other reviewers, I have to say this was probably the best thing I've ever bought for the little guys. They hang out in it ALL the time, sleeping playing and hiding. These cubes hold up incredibly well considering the amount of playtime they see. I've had them for about 6 months now and they hardly show and wear. The only bad thing is they are a bit hard to fold back up, and when I do fold them up to put them away if we have company or something (we live in a small apartment) the cats cry for it, pacing where it usually sits and looking at me longingly. If that isn't a testament, I don't know what is!
