My sister had Thirstystone coasters that I was impressed with. When it came time to look for coasters for myself, the brand to get was clear. The only problem I had, was deciding which set to get. Thirstystone has a huge collection of various styles. You have to see these to believe how great they are. You never have to worry about spillover with these. They really soak up the liquid. Another plus, is that you never have to deal with your drink sticking to the coaster and picking it up like you do with flimsier types. These are a great value and are very solid and the holder is nice. I recommend these highly.

Very interesting patterns in the stone make these blend in with most decors. Very absorbent and efficient with the holder. A good buy.

Broken when I got them. Sent them back. They really should find a better way to ship them. I did not want to exchange them because I figured the same thing would happen when the reshipped them.

If the most important criteria for coasters is that they don't form a puddle on them and drip, then any Thirstystone coaster will be perfect for you. They work as they should and come in lot's of styles and many with a unique holder as this one does. I just wish they had some kind of edging to prevent the occasional chip. I bought these and 4 other Thirstystone sets for my new house.

The coasters are beautiful and I the pattern are interesting. However, the packaging was not up to par. Due the fact that by the time I received the coasters the top one was completely cracked on two of the corners and one coaster had the suction part was overlapping on the bottom of another coaster. The coasters are pretty but I will never fully know what they would have looked like not damaged.

One coaster was broken upon arrival. I super-glued it, thinking I'd rather live with it than go through the hassle of returning it. After a short time, and light use, another coaster has broken.
