Not as stated
The description of these boxes states they are acid free and can be used for storage of photos. After buying them, I checked with the manufacturer and found out they are NOT acid free and they do NOT recommend they be used for photos. At least they were cheap! I need to recant this review! It seems the info the mfgr first gave me was wrong and that the boxes are...

Cheap but filmsy
Comes in flat plastic sheets that have to be bent/assembled. It is not very sturdy when folded and assembled. The product picture does not depict the actual condition.

It seems the info the mfgr first gave me was wrong and that the boxes are actually acid-free so should be fine. For cheap boxes, they will certainly serve their purpose. |
