I bought three of these a few years back for my kitchen counter area. They swivel 360 degrees. They are 29" tall. The seat cushions are relatively comfortable. My only complaints about these stools are that sometimes the screws and bolts that hold the stool together will come loose after a lot of use. Then it's just a matter of putting them back in and/or just tightening them up. My other complaint is that the chair leg bottom pads aren't very durable. They wear down pretty fast and come loose sometimes, forcing me to buy new pads.
Overall, they're pretty good bar stools.

These chairs are great! They look just like the other chairs I got with the table. They are easy to put together, spin easier, and are about 1 inch taller than the original ones. Great product at a good price!
