Setting Up a Pottery Workshop,
This review is from: Setting Up a Pottery Workshop (Paperback)
This book offers an excellent breakdown of all the issues that should be addressed if you are planning to set up a pottery workshop, or for someone wanting to make their operation more efficient. Mr. Young breaks down the issues such as planning out a use of space, what kinds of equipment you may find necessary, materials, types of kilns you may wish to implement, and even goes on to discuss marketing ideas and the financing of your operation; an absolute must for the beginning potter looking to set up a studio. If you plan on setting up your first studio or if you wish to compare your current operation to see how you might improve then I strongly recommend this book.
