The author clearly elucidates the obsurdity of Mormon Fundamentalist claims to legitamate Priesthood authority. Although he does so with a pat or two on the back to himself which I could have done without). I especially liked his concise exposure of the lunacy of Lorin C. Woolley's claims. The beautiful thing is that the author doesn't have to descend to polemic and apologetic to make his case--the historical evidence presented could be easily accessed by any other informed scholar to reach the same conclusions about the falacy of Fundamentalist teaching. Bottom line: If you want a wife in Heaven, better love and cherish the ONE you have in mortality. Any man who would take a plural wife when the necessary authority to do so has been revoked by Heaven is not worthy of a wife at all. Amen Brain C. Hales.
