"Settlement Alternatives" is a very practical guide book in the event of an accident. It is simple and easy to follow guiding you step by step to be better organized and in control of your accident. I followed it step by step when assisting my parents in their auto accident. It paid off! Since then, every member of our family has one in their automobile.
