Ros writes fresh, funny, genre-busting fiction. She digs feisty heroines, good friends, quirky families, heroes to make you sigh and tingle, and a dash of fantasy from time to time.

Ros lives in Brisbane, Australia, with her husband Blair, four small but very opinionated children, a neurotic dog and nine billion germs.

I was given a copy of the short story – Seven Deadly Sins. It’s a quick read but it is a great read.

Anne’s friend Nico decides she’s moped around long enough after her breakup and that the best way to get over it once and for all is to follow a seven step program he has created for her – going through the seven deadly sins.

This story is original and well written. I absolutely loved it.

I really enjoyed the concept of this one. Annie's friend Nico has decided that for her to get over her jerk of an ex, is to do each of the deadly sins. What she didn't expect was a little encouragement from the good looking chef who has just moved into the building.

It was a fun read and this little assignment was good for Annie. It bought her out of her shell and made her more confident. There is a lot of potential for this to be a longer story, but I enjoyed it as it was. Nice work Ros *wink*

I have only just started reading Ros Baxter and I am definitely hooked. After reading 'Fish out of Water' and 'Beached", I purchased all of Ros' books on my Kindle.
Seven Deadly Sins was an absolute hoot and I would reccomend to everyone.
I have found a new Author to follow and will be looking out for Ros' next book.

I was given this book to review it. It is a short story, not really my thing but I have read other books by the author so I gave it a shot.

In an attempt to help Anne get over her cheating ex, her best friend Nico dares her to do a 7 step plan. Each of them involves one of the seven deadly sins. Some of them are pretty crazy and closed off, shy Anne doesn't know if she can handle all the steps. But she's never backed down from one of Nicos dares before. She can't start now.

I was first intrigued as soon as I saw the cover. It's pretty and looked HOT!!!! I have to say i was not disappointed. I was hooked from the first page. This is just the first few lines.
"Anne Atkins dragged in a salty breath and channelled her inner Oya. If that Yoruba warrior babe could summon wind, fire, lightning, magic and even fertility, Anne could do this one thing.
Okay, so she was kind of straight, but how hard could it be?
People did this, all over the world, every day. They even did it on television.
She could do it too. She had to." Hook worthy right?

It is funny and smart and Anne is a great character. You can't help but feel for her and root for her to leave behind that cheating bast***. And Nico is funny and a great friend to help support Anne.

I really enjoyed this book, but it was too short. I wish it had gone on longer. I liked it that much. I totally recommend this book.
