This book explains yoga practice and philosophy in straightforward language. Originally published in 1931, it is occasionally quaint, but covers a very broad range within a few short information-packed chapters. Not everyone will agree with every idea expressed but it is still one of the best general explanations of Yoga theory and practice. I am glad it is still in print!
