Mark Hitchcock is a Dallas Theological Seminary alumnus, the pastor of Faith Bible Church in Edmond, Oklahoma, and the author of eight books. Mark and his wife Cheryl live in Oklahoma with their two sons.

More About the Author

Attorney Mark Hitchcock thought his career was set after graduating from law school in 1984 and getting a job working with a judge at the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals. But after what Mark calls a "clear call to full-time ministry," he changed course and went to Dallas Theological Seminary, completing a masters degree in 1991 and a doctoral degree in 2006. Since 1991 Mark has served as senior pastor of Faith Bible Church in Edmond, Oklahoma. He has authored 15 books related to end-time Bible prophecy and was the contributing editor for the Internet-based Left Behind Prophecy Club for four years. Mark and his wife, Cheryl, live in Edmond with their two sons, Justin and Samuel.

This book is great. It is the simpliest explaination of a confusing topic, I have read. I in disagreement with the first reviewer would be happy to give to a new believer that was interested in this subject. It is clear and the outline, helps you to grasp the range of the subject. It is not the be all and end all of the topic. It it is the best starting point I have read on the subject. Also, you can trust this author. His academic training has come from a school that has been for many years the foundation of clear biblical teaching of the subject of the End-Times. In the spirit of full disclosure, I am also a DTS grad.

This book is worth reading. It gives you alot of insight for what's coming ahead. I recommend this book.

This isn't Mark's best work but it's good. Predominatly Jewish/Isreal latter-day info here. This is not for the very new believer as the outline is intense.
