Along each exercise are passages from the Seven Steps to Inner Power book upon which the exercises are based. Although these passages make the workbook able to stand on its own, I recommend that you keep a copy of Seven Steps to Inner Power handy so you can take in the full meaning of each exercise. In this introduction, you will examine your life as it is now: what got you to this point, where you want to go, what is holding you back, and what is important to you. These exercises will prepare you for a deeper search in the following chapters.
