As a young adult I had no idea where to begin when I wanted to purchase my first home. I recently read this book and am now under contract. Mr. Kenyon was able to walk me through the home buying process so I was confident and comfortable when working with my agent, the banks, and the sellers. This book is a must have guide for anyone thinking about buying a home.
