I first borrowed this book/cassettes from library. Before finding time to read the book, I listened the cassette tapes first. The effect is astonishing. I used to spend 100's dollars per hour to seek professional help for a good night sleep. ( and still can't sleep well.) The tape worked for me on the first night.Immediately I brought a whole package(book$tapes)for myself. Even now I havn't been reading THROUGH the whole book yet. (this book needs to be STUDIED and PRACTISED day in and day out.) I highly recommand this book/tapes to anyone who wants live a healthy and fulfilled life. HEARING & DOING IS BELIEVING. Now I use this book/tapes as my standard gift to my love ones to spread the GOODNESS. |
