Poetry is woven into the fabric of Iranian life! In this emotional package of verse, Kalbasi has presented the best of the best. Anyone who has attempted translation of the works of masters knows how difficult it is to translate them. That rough road is paved here as deep Persian emotions come to life in English.

So far the best book of poetry from several rather unknown Iranian poets (mostly females). I think what Ms. Sheema Kalbasi has done is a great service to humanity, literature and the cause of women's rights. This book is the cream of the best. I can't find enough words to praise this work. I am glad that this job is done and it is done by Ms. Kalbasi. Excellent work!
