5.0 out of 5 stars My Childhood Video, October 8, 2005
This review is from: The Seventh Brother (DVD)
I am 16 now, and I have to say this was and still is my favorite video. For some reason I cannot find it in my big box of video's, so I will probably buy this one. It is a great "teaching" type movie and great for the family. "Your never alone when your helping someone else." I can still recite all the songs and lines from this film. I love it...it is THE BEST MOVIE EVER!

5.0 out of 5 stars Adorable Movie for All Children!, July 24, 2005
This review is from: Seventh Brother [VHS] (VHS Tape)
I first saw this movie when I was around two or three at my church library. Once we switched churches, I never saw it again and missed it terribly, even though I could only remember a couple of scenes from it. Then, I walked into the library one day and this was showing! I now proudly own the DVD.

Tiny the puppy is on the way home from a trip to the city with his owner Angie and her grandfather. He jumps out of their truck to chase a frog, and the humans don't notice until it's too late.

Tiny is found by a family of six rabbits - bossy J.C., sweet Joanna, practical Rebecca, timid Marty, adorable Mimi, and big and lovable Cody. The last five are quick to become his friend, but J.C. resents Tiny until the puppy saves him from a hungry hawk. The rabbits then decide to let Tiny into their family.

This is a wonderful movie - it's got enough cute animals to get some kids' attention and enough action and adventure to hook the others. Some younger children might become scared at the many dangers Tiny and the rabbits face (poachers, floods, etc), but overall it is simply adorable.

5.0 out of 5 stars Seventh Brother just how I remembered, June 28, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: The Seventh Brother (DVD)
As a child, I use to watch this movie all of the time. It was an inspiring story of courage and friendship with the timeless message "Be yourself." At the age of nineteen, I still find myself enjoying this movie! Not only did it make more sense to me now that I'm older. It also brought back long forgotten memories of my childhood. In the long run, the movie itself isn't that special. But the Innocence and Selflessness displayed by the characters is unparalleled by anyone I know. We could all learn a lesson from The Seventh Brother.
