5.0 out of 5 stars Great for traveling.
I keep three of these in my vehicle for easy access in the front seat and next to each child seat. Plus a large package in the back for diaper changes. This size package is much easier to carry with you than the large ones. Also, the wipes do not dry out like they did for me when I put then in another container for carrying along.

3.0 out of 5 stars Nice Wipes but Inconvenient Packaging
I like these travel wipes, but I don't like the packaging. The opening/closing piece of plastic is too easy to lose or tear. I wanted a travel pack that was not too bulky, so I chose these because they are Seventh Generation AND 36 count, but the fact that the opening gets lost and the wipes dry out has turned me away from these to find something else. It is really...

5.0 out of 5 stars Seventh Generation Baby Wipes Travel Packs, August 7, 2006

I like these wipes because they are un-scented. Also the travel pack comes with a resealable top so that you don't need a seperate hard-sided container.

5.0 out of 5 stars Incredible Wipes!, November 4, 2006
This review is from: Seventh Generation Free & Clear Baby Wipes, 36 count Travel Packs (Pack of 12) (432 Wipes) (Health and Beauty)
I just love these Seventh Generation wipes!
The wipes are more environmentally friendly and are chlorine/perfume-free, as well as, a lot of crazy unknown/unpronounceable chemical-free but what I really love about the wipes is their texture and softness.
The wipes are like velvet - they are so soft and pliable - they wipe up the messes so easily and feel great on baby and on Mommy's hands.
I can't say enough good stuff about these wipes.
I have tried the Huggies wipes, Walmart wipes, and my local grocery store wipes and all of those are sort of stiff, or not soft and all of them have a lot of chemicals in them.

The Seventh Generation wipes cost more than the others which is a bit of drawback but each time I try cheaper wipes I am totally disappointed so I am going to keep buying Seventh Generation wipes from now on.

I use both the travel sized and regular packs of Seventh Generation wipes and love them. I feel good that I can do something (however small) to help out the environment and I've come to like them so much that I wouldn't go to "traditional" wipes unless these disappeared. I have had a few occassions where I ran out of wipes and had to run into CVS and buy some of the other brands and have never liked any of them. Plus, my 9-month old has NEVER had diaper rash (I also use Seventh Generation diapers which I love). One tip that a nurse gave me in the hospital for all wipes - open the package (top slot is fine) and run some cool water into it, swish it around and then drain through the opening. It helps keep wipes moister and gets rid of some of the citric acid that all wipes (even these) have which helps avoid diaper rash, especially in newborns.

5.0 out of 5 stars No diaper rash, January 25, 2009

I used these for about 9 months but then on vacation had to buy what the local store had in stock. My son got diaper rash after just 2 days with the other brand. When I returned home, I resumed my use of the 7th generation wipes and the rash cleared up quickly. Now I won't use any other brand.

Surprisingly, the resealable flap keeps the wipes moist. I thought I would have to buy a hard case at the store and transfer each pack over. But, I don't so it is all the better.

5.0 out of 5 stars the best baby wipes, November 14, 2007
This review is from: Seventh Generation Free & Clear Baby Wipes, 36 count Travel Packs (Pack of 12) (432 Wipes) (Health and Beauty)
With my first child I used Huggies unscented wipes and I was satisfied w/ them. When I was pregnant w/ my second baby I stocked up on the same wipes. She constantly had a rash, but my doctor said some babies just get them alot and not to be concerned about it. But I started to notice when we were out and I wiped her face with a baby wipe it would later be red. So after I tried all the wipes that our town carries, including organic cotton ones I ordered these along with the diapers. And now she never has rashes if I use them both. I had never even thought about the chlorine in diapers- I feel bad for not figuring this out earlier. Now that I'm pregnant with #3 I will get these from the very beginning. I'm so glad these are available.

You don't really realize how many you're going to get until the giant case of travel packs shows up at your door! This ought to keep any mother going for at least a few months.

It is really hard to pull these wipes out one at a time when my 18 month old is squirming. I end up pulling out an entire wad and then trying to squish the rest back in.

3.0 out of 5 stars Soft but has terrible odor, December 1, 2010

The package size is convenient for placing in your diaper bag. The wipes are noticeably softer than the wipes I use every day (Costco brand wipes). However, these wipes stink (literally!). I don't know if I got a bad batch but the scent/odor on these wipes is terrible. Maybe it's hard to add a nice scent without the use of chemicals? As much as I like them, I'll probably switch to another brand next time unless Seventh Generation changes the scenting of these wipes.

I am pleased with this wipe as cleans very well without causing skin irritation. I like the eco friendly aspect and the only complaint would be that they have a funny smell which we got used to quickly and don't even notice now. I think the smell is from no perfumes... in the product and you are smelling the actual ingredients rather than the fake stuff in other wipes. I also bought the 80 count packages to refill my wipe warmer and honestly the package size is not much different so when the 40 counts are gone I will probably only buy the 80 counts as they will travel just as easily.
