This is a wonderful product. I would use nothing else, BUT -- I had a subscription for this item, and this is the second shipment in a row that has arrived with powdered detergent leaking from the cartons. This is not acceptable. It is messy, wasteful, and a possible hazard. I have cancelled my subscription. I hope Amazon does something about containment during shipping.

This detergent is the best clean I have found. Not perfumed and infused with toxins, just fresh and truly clean. It gets out everything...for the tough spots just soak for a bit before washing.

I would recommend this detergent if you are looking for something that is natural and economical that works well. It does a great job getting laundry clean and I like the concentrated size...small box, small scoop, etc. I have a front load washer and it works very well with it. The only downside I see (and it might not be a down side for some), is that it isn't strong scented. My clothes come out nice and clean, but I don't notice that fresh laundry smell when I've got the laundry going. My clothes smell fresh, but it's a plain scent, very faint, and hardly any lavender scent to it at all. But some people might prefer that. I find it a bit disappointing, but not enough to stop using it, because it performs very well...instead, I might switch to a fabric softener with some scent to it, to add what I'm missing. I will continue to use this and recommend it.
