Seventh Generation All Purpose Cleaner is an all-natural cleaner that is biodegradable, non-toxic, and safe to use throughout your home. Unlike conventional petroleum-based cleaners, it won't leave behind harmful residues.
Made from plant-derived surfactants (for soil removal), natural alkalinity builder for enhanced performance (sodium citrate and sodium carbonate), and whole and natural plant essences (a blend of mandarin, spearmint, and petitgrain essential oils), the Seventh Generation All Purpose cleaner is ideal for cleaning grease and oil, carpet and fabric stains, markers, crayons, lipstick, tar, pet stains and adhesives. I am pleased with this so far - I'm only on the first bottle. I've used it in the kitchen and bathroom. It doesn't bleach like comet on my porcelain kitchen sink (no, I didn't expect that it would), so it is not looking as clean bright as I'd like it to, and I'm going to have to figure out what to do about that. But on everything else, it works great, with a pleasant scent that doesn't make me want to hold my breath while I'm cleaning to avoid inhaling chemicals. I will continue to use this (or a similar) product.

This is as good as non-green products, but without harsh chemicals added to our environment.
