I got this for my 9 year old son. It is a good story, but the plot is a little complex for him. We ended up reading it together so I could explain things as we went along.

With characters both real and heroic, the Elijah Creek series is an inspiring, hard-core tale of friendship and adventure. I found myself falling in love with Elijah, his friends, and the Great Spirit who called them--and calls all of us--into His story.
