With friends like Carmelita Sanchez you don't need enemies, but what happens when your best friend turns on you and your once fabulous life ends up one big mess? Would you sit back and allow it to happen or would you seek revenge?

Ebony Knight had it all, good friends, money, cars and all the amenities that money could buy. She worked hard for every dollar as a dominatrix. But when you are successful, sometimes even your closest friends can become envious and want your life. That's what Carmelita did when she set Ebony up to take a big fall, ending in a mental institution in Whip Appeal, the predecessor to SEX APPEAL.

In the story SEX APPEAL, Ebony returns with an ax to grind. After escaping from the mental institution, she is hot on the trail to find the people who did her wrong. Not only that, she wants revenge for the pain she has suffered losing her fiancée and her mother.

SEX APPEAL is an action-filled drama; with the lead character in the story doing whatever it takes to find those who did her wrong. She wants her life back. It doesn't matter who stands in her way, she will take them down if she has too. One thing for certain, when you dig a ditch for one, you just better dig two.

Finally Meta Smith was able to bridge both books together, Whip Appeal and SEX
APPEAL to assure that if a reader did not read the first book in the series, they would fully understand the story line. This book moved fast, had plenty of drama and will certainly please the fans of this author.

Ebony Knight was a dominatrix to some very wealthy clients in Miami until everything spiraled out of control. Her supposed best friend and attorney Carmelita Sanchez framed her for murder and took off with millions of Ebony's money. Carmelita also had Ebony committed to a psychiatric hospital. With the help of another mental patient, Ebony is now back out on the street ready for revenge. But getting her life back will be much harder that she expects when other people are after her as well. Time is running out as Ebony is trying to get her money back and trying to clear her good name.

Sex Appeal is a good sequel to Whip Appeal by Meta Smith. Smith continues the saga of Ebony Knight as she tries to track down Carmelita to get her money back. This story had a lot of twists that keeps this book moving at a good pace. There were also a host of entertaining secondary characters that provided some different elements to this story. You really see the growth of Ebony in this book as she tries to clear her name. Meta Smith once again brought us an entertaining page-turner with Sex Appeal.

Meta did it again. All around great book. I could not put it down. I love her flair for making the characters so real.
Please pick up this book and see for yourself.

Ebony on the verge to get out of the crazy house and get revenge on the one that got her there. Her so called friend Carmelita set up for Ebony to get locked up so she can take what she want.

Ebony using her room-mate Kira and they escape, but Kira has her own revenge to get while Ebony taking care of her problems she runs into other problems.

Marley the police officer knows something to Ebony and out to try to get the real story to Ebony not being crazy.

Marisol news reporter just trying to tell a story no matter what but her assistant Rene has more to the story and seek out to get the truth.

Carmelita just trying to cover her tracks no matter what.

When the book got to me I read it in one day. I love the connection you make to the charecters. I will be reading more of Meta's work! Loved it! (Be sure to read "Whip Appeal" first!)

After reading Whip Appeal I couldn't wait for the sequel. I've already received it and seriously I can't put it down. I swear, I am Meta Smith's biggest fan! Her books have so much drama and action, and the sex scenes are off the hook. I love how she takes people who seem like someone you'd know, maybe even yourself, and puts them in situations that are so over the top! With only a couple more chapters to go, I've got to highly reccommend this book!

You've done it again Meta Smith! Now what's next, because I can't wait for another book from you!
