I bought this book at my local bookstore and it's wonderful! Funny, informative and downright clever. It's the best new sex guide I've read in a long, long time.

a wonderful, wonderful book! although it did not teach me about sex (this i know already) it did help me feel more comfortable in talking about sexuality with my children. i want them to grow up confident and at ease with their sexual side, and while i wouldn't get into the details found in these pages with them, i would certainly keep those very important lines of communication open. reading marcy sheiner's words and thoughts on the subject while she was in her younger years opened my eyes to what my children may face someday. thank you, marcy, for sharing your story and your experience.

Everyone over the age of 40 this is a must read book. It puts to bed all the hangups we heard growning up about sex. I found Ms. Sheiner's sexual experiences, informative and very enlighting. It gives you the self confidence to be sexually passionate and highlights how important fantasy and being yourself is. It includes a wealth of knowledge for those of us who were ashamed to say we were clueless.........

Keep up the good work Ms. Sheiner, don't give up teaching us...

Do not give this book as a gift! Say the title a few times outloud and you'll understand why. However, if you are het and find that your sex life seems a bit constricted but you aren't sure why you feel uneasy at the thought of spicy things up, then this book addresses those issues well. There is a series of exercises that you'll need to do to get full value of the book. Section V "And Beyond" is the weakest of the book sections because Sheiner doesn't understand or enjoy some of the sexual activities she looks at.

I've always loved Sheiner's erotic anthologies (Best Women's Erotica) and she didn't disappoint me this time either. She knows what she's talking about and she writes in a way that is easy to understand. I gave a copy to my little sister who also loves it. If you are looking for a sex how-to, this is it. This book and the GV Guide to Sex are the best sex guides on the shelves.

How can this book be out of print if it's only just been published??? I'll have to go to Border's to buy it in order to review it. New copies have just been delivered there. This book hasn't even been in print yet, so how can it be out of print?

Cute cover, dumb book. Can the world possibly need another sex manual that talks down to people ? Written to make a buck, it's just another waste of good trees.

Here we go again. The "Baby-Boom" generation thinks it invented sex. I see Marcy Sheiner feels the same way. She might hate marriage and support adultery, but I love marriage and I like being faithful to my husband. This book spews venom against spirituality and family values. I beleive, contrary to popular belief, that you can be a conservative and have a great sex life. Do not buy this book; go home and kiss your spouse.
