I LOVE this book! It says the target audience is young adults and I would add that this book is for anyone who is single. Seriously, people... there are a lot of books out there for singles and dating but this book is definately one that you will get a lot out of. There are a lot of books out there that give you "rules," to live by in dating - This book is different in that it addresses how God designed us to approach and be in relationship and it does it in such a way that it appeals to your heart and desire to live out God's design for dating. I am single and I mentor a lot of young single women who have questions and are wrestling with the idea of how to date in a "healthy" way. This book addresses that and much much more. Buy a few copies for friends and use it to discuss the ideas presented in the book. You will be enriched for sure.

An excellent source of balanced opinions on topics related to sex and dating. A balanced Christian perspective that is neither too stuffy nor too relaxed. I loved the Question:Answer format of the book. It allowed me to read about the questions I had and leave the others for another time.

I do campus ministry at the Univ of IL and actually know the author. I found this book incredibly helpful for me in helping answer some of college students most common questions about sex and dating. I actually gave a talk for one of our church services on the topic of sex and dating and I used this book as a primary resource. We sold 10 of the books at a discounted price after our service.

I would recommend this to anyone, especially high school and college students.
