I was hesitant to read this book, thinking it would be more about men and viagra alternatives, but it had lots of information for women, too. Each herb is explained fully -- what it can do for you sexually, any other health benefits, any side effects, etc. Recipes using the herbs are also included.

My husband and I were hesitant to use Viagra because of the numerous side effects we were aware of. This book gives excellent alternatives to it, and fully informs one of what to expect. I would highly reccomend "Sex Herbs" to anyone who has been struggling with this issue!
