This is a book for young and old. It offers practical information in a respectful way. I enjoyed it because of its wholistic approach to a subject (sexuality) that has been so misunderstood and misused by so many. I highly recommend this book.

True... I just got back from the bookstore (no cash, I put the book on hold)... I had a mini romantic/existential crisis last night... lotsa drama... and today this book calls to me. I am amazed. Simple, yet profound. It's already transforming my life, I can tell... with its simple call to do a release of the sexual past... beyond petty or judgmental questions about 'morality'... well you'll just have to read it.

Even a massive lit freak like me... I've never signed on to friggin' Amazon to write a book review! This book made me do it!
