We had a conference at our Church that was based partly on this book, I was very impressed with the conference and so was my 15-year old son. So much so, that the minute we got home I ordered the book, not only for my son but for my teenage niece and nephew.

My sister said that she couldn't get my niece and nephew to read anything, that I had just wasted my money. Boy, was she surprised! Not only did they read it, they couldn't put it down! Neither could my son.

Now, I have to admit that I have not read the book, I have just flipped through it. But, I know that the book has made a difference in the way the kids think about pre-marital sex and waiting. They more clearly see the positive things that come from waiting, and aren't so worried about peer pressure. I wish I had had this book when I was a teenager!

Every adolescent should read this book, it is very direct and talks about almost every aspect of sexuality that is out there, every day, in front of our children. They are surrounded by sex, it's in movies, music, television, radio, school and church, isn't it time they see it from a different perspective, not one swayed by ratings and childish notions.

BUY THIS BOOK AND HAVE EVERY TEENAGER IN YOUR LIFE READ IT!

Chip and Tim have taken the time to really look into the what God wants a relationship to be. Living in this day and age is so CONFUSING because of all the mixed messages we get about sex, relationships, and love. We are raised by movies depicting what 'true love' is, told by our parents to 'just wait' when we ask about sex, and WE HAVE NO IDEA WHY! Why doesn't any of this make sense, why can't I find true love, why are my relationships always so confusing. If you find yourself wondering these same things, read this book, it has brought about a huge change in perspective for me, keeps true to what God tells us about relationships and sex, and does a great job of tying that to the reality we live in.

This book not only will help my teenager, but is a healing book for me. Great book.

This was an easy read. I've been reading a number of books on this topic looking for one that doesn't mostly address surface issues. This one deals with a fundamental shift in how relationships are viewed. The authors have done their homework and provide clear steps to a model of sex and relationships that reflect a biblical perspective.
