A powerful book which is the basic text for S.A. This text provides the most in depth and comprehensive strategies for overcoming sexual addiction and dependency. The book opens with a powerful story of one man's recovery and how the program works. A synopsis of the addictive process is outlined. Then the 12 steps of S.A. are outlined (adapted from A.A) as well as practical suggestions for applying them in your life. A must read for anyone struggling with lust or sexual addiction.

This is the manual used for sexaholics anonymous meetings. The book outlines the purpose for sexaholics anonymous, an explanation of sexual sobriety, and steps to take in recovery from sexual addiction. The chapter on the spiritual basis of addiction is especially powerful. This book is not for the general public, but for the individual who realizes his or her sexual behavior is out of control, and who feels powerless to stop lusting or "acting out" sexually, the principles outlined in this book are life-changing.

to a definition of sexual sobriety that is solidly Christian. As
a result, the book offers real help and hope for those of us
