3.0 out of 5 stars Cheesy
I heard this song whle I was in the Netherlands and was caught so schocked to hear the ever aging Tom Jones that I could not help but laugh. After I got home I decided I had to have this song because of the sure cheeseyness of it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Tom is the Bomb, February 27, 2001
This review is from: Sexbomb (Audio CD)
The first time I heard this song was as the title song of a Grosse Pointe on the WB (great show!). It's was the perfect tongue-in-cheek theme for a tongue-in-cheek show. When I went to London I purchased the whole "Reload" album on which Tom did duets with all kinds of popular singers (Burning Down the House with the Caridgans, Are You Gonna Go My Way with Robbie Williams, You Need Love Like I Do with Heather Small and the incredible Baby It's Cold Outside with Cerise from Catatonia).... Sex Bomb is an absolutely hilarious song that makes you forget everything except having a good time. In his own words Tom's certainly found the secret code to use!

2.0 out of 5 stars Hey, WAIT A MINUTE!, January 5, 2001
This review is from: Sexbomb (Audio CD)
Tom Jones ain't supposed to be having any business doing dance remixes in his old age. He did a duet with Sarah Brightman in 1995, namely "Something In The Air," featured on her Fly CD, and he was supposed to have gotten it on with Bocelli, Aretha, Sting, and Enrique Iglesias last year, but ended up teaming up with the latter two on VH1's Men Strike Back. It's bad enough we had to go through hell listening to the aging Cher's "Believe" blasted in radio a thousand times over. I still fondly remember "What's New Pussycat?" That's about it.
