Although this item claims to be "toons" it is actually a complitation of "animations" by independant artists in the 70's- BIG DIFFRENCE- there were only a few real "toons" on this tape - the rest were a mix of media - clay, drawing, etc. Mostly a bunch of animated drawings swirling and flashing into shapes of genitalia- not worth the money folks!

Soft-core erotic animation, April 17, 2001
This review is from: Sextoons: Erotic Animation Festival 1920-1975 [VHS] (VHS Tape)
A compilation of several different animated shorts, including cartoons and clay animation, this video is pretty much nothing more than soft-core porn. A lot of these are essentially college projects that don't have any plot, characters, dialogue or script - just like those movies in the back room at the video store. The visuals on some are intriguing, but if you're looking for a story line, try something else. The opening/closing montage about women's upper body parts, as well as the Snow White parody, are hilarious, but the one with the dolls is just plain disturbing. This is definitely not for the faint-of-heart. Other than that it's an intriguing collection of animated shorts. Could be better, though.

This is not modern. This is a collection of highly varied artistry and animation created when `porn' was illegal and collected and collated when `porn' became legal. This is a superb insight into underground, privately conceived and created underground expressions of social and sexual commentary. First saw this at an art film theater in the 80s. Regarding the other reviews, of course by today's standards it's 'soft.' At the time, though, it was felony material. Great insight into the birth of visual socio-sexual commentary, back when it was highly illegal.
