You don't need to be a workout fanatic to enjoy this DVD. Three attractive couples demonstrate how to turn exercise into erotic playtime. You don't have to have a gym to use these routines... most can be done in a living room or bedroom. We especially liked the suggestions for the pool. I talked my husband into watching this and then trying some of the fun exercises with me. We ended up in the bedroom having even more fun!
