I can say that because I'm Paul R. Goldin! This one is a Barnes & Noble reprint (1996) of the original Brill edition (1961), with no new material. If you want the edition with the new introduction (2002), which also has all the racy passages translated back into English (from Van Gulik's pedantic Latin), you need to buy the one that has the ISBN number 9789004126015.
