About the Author

Margo Anand is a student of world mystical practices, particularly the role of sexuality in sacred traditions. Her bestselling book, The Art of Sexual Ecstasy, helped introduce Western readers to the science of tantra and the cosmic relationship between creativity, energy, and sexuality. She has achieved an advanced degree in psychology from the Sorbonne, and presently resides in Northern California.

I love these meditations! They help you get to the core of sexual disfunctions and heal old stuff, opening you up to wonderful experiences. It isn't cheesy or inappropriate and I like the narrator's voice. I do wish that it were available in digital format, however, or AT LEAST on a CD. I don't know why they haven't updated this product yet, as I feel it is very helpful in healing. I only gave it 4 stars because it isn't available digitally.
