Sexy devil is two stories in one. This is one book that once you start to read you can't put it down. It is very hot and sexy. This is one book that has romance and keeps you laughing.

The Devil Inside
In the first story you have Gina. She needs some fun in her life. Along comes Caleb who wants to make some changes in his life. When these two meet for the first time the sparks really fly. Gina has her work cut out for her trying to open Caleb to life's possibilities. Gina is a free-spirit whereas Caleb is straight-lace but is trying to let loose. Let the fun begin.

Devil's Jewel
Angelo "Devil" Devlin has finally met his match. He just isn't sure what to do with Jewel once he has her. She keeps him on his toes while he tries to keep up with her protecting her. Jewel doesn't have time for romance or love. She is trying to save her younger sister who has been kidnapped. She doesn't know if she can trust Devil but she doesn't have any choice if she wants to get her sister back.

[Devil Inside] Hard working, dependable and completely hot Caleb Mann goes for a blind date set up by his brother to prove he isn't boring and predictable in bed. Into his life comes Gina--not "Tina"...and Caleb never even makes it to the bed with her--and the sex between them is anything but boring or predictable.

In 'Devil Inside', Gina Devlin is smart, funny and tough as nails on the outside, but inside she longs for a true, loving relationship. Caleb does seem to be just the opposite--at least in what he tells himself he needs. He wants to be looked upon as smart and funny--and spontaneous---he tells himself he can't have Gina as anything other than a lover, because she claims to be a psychic.
In the end, these two want the same thing--a true, loving relationship, and the author starts you at the beginning, when there is just sexual attractions and runs the characters and the reader through the paces of a normal, healthy--filled with trust--relationship that is sizzling hot!

[Devil's Jewel] Angelo Devlin, Gina's brother, works for a secret, secret investigating agency that is in search of a demon. Jewel is a gypsy and her sister, Nadya, is a true shape shifter. Nadya is just the magic that the demon needs to open a gate between two worlds.

Jewel is independent , strong and able to overcome her fear in order to save her sister from whoever, or whatever has her. Devil (a shorten versions of Angelo Devlin's last name) is determined to get his job done without interference from a 'witch'---no, not really, that's only what he insists on calling her. The action in this story is ongoing, and the fact that Gina and Caleb play a big part in it was an added treat for me.

[Mountain Retreat] In 'Devil Inside' there is a cop who comes to Gina Devlin and asked her to use her gift to help him find someone. Gina sees the woman he seeks in a cabin in the mountains. Nikki Marks is Mac Goodman's long lost first love. She turns up out of the blue, telling him that she came because he makes her feel safe. She wants sex from him. Mac wants that, too, but he wants answers first. Nikki isn't ready to give him the answers, and runs. With Gina's psychic gift, Mac knows just where to find her. He gets the answers he wanted, but not before Nikki get's her way with him and win's back his heart.

I enjoyed this very brief bonus story. Again, the author takes us on a joyride of exploration into the deeper emotions felt by these two character. There is sex--good sex, but the emotions driving that sex is trust and love.
Bravo! I highly recommend all 3 stories. The paranormal is enjoyable. The sex is stimulating and drool worthy--but the warmth in my heart left behind after taking the journey to love in these stories is what I find the most praise worthy!

THE DEVIL INSIDE
Psychic Gina Devlin's erotic dreams about a nameless, faceless lover leave her unsatisfied night after night. When she has a chance encounter with Caleb Manner and acts on the opportunity to spend an incredibly intimate night with him, she does so. If she tells a small fib in order to make this magical night happen, no harm done, right? However, it isn't long before Gina realizes that Caleb is the mystery lover in her dreams. Caleb's displeasure over Gina's deliberate deception quickly passes as he finds himself undeniably attracted to her and wanting to spend more and more time with her. When her psychic abilities are revealed, he's initially a bit confused and very skeptical, but not altogether disbelieving.
When Gina discovers that Caleb is hiding issues of his own, she is more determined than ever to make him see that they are meant to be together.
DEVIL'S JEWEL
Jewel Kattalis and her sister, Nadya, live with their fellow clansmen, a band of Romanian gypsies. But the group's numbers are dwindling and when Nadya is inexplicably taken, they move on, leaving Jewel behind to find her sister on her own. When it becomes clear that she and the Hunter Protection Group are looking for the same person of interest, albeit for different reasons, they join forces in the search. Jewel and Angelo "Devil" Devlin are immediately attracted to each other, although they have a strange way of showing it with their frequent bickering. Angelo's sister, Gina, adds her psychic powers to Angelo's powerful mind reading abilities and they soon discover that they are dealing with a force much more powerful and deadly than a simple kidnapping. Jewel is unsure of where she and Nadya will go and how they will live, if and when she is found, but she knows that before they can even begin to think about the future, they must survive the threatening darkness in their present.
These two stories are highly erotic; Sasha's readers expect nothing less! In my opinion, hot sex alone doesn't make for a good story. I don't want to sound like a prude, but I want more. I want a well-written, thought-out storyline, likeable, intelligent characters, and intrigue - Sasha never fails to deliver all of those things. Her heroines are always strongly independent and boldly confident, living life to the fullest. What I wouldn't give to have some of their moxie! Her heroes are always too good to be true, smoothly and capably handling any situation that comes along.

This book includes a previously released (although new to me:) story, The Devil Inside, and a new sequel, Devil's Jewel.

In The Devil Inside, Caleb Mann has let his brother set him up on a blind date. His ex-girlfriend told him he was boring and he's out to change his image. He's surprised when he meets Gina Devlin. She certainly is different then any woman he's ever dated but from the moment he lays his eyes on her, sparks are flying for both of them. They both are only looking for a casual relationship as they're so different, but love has other ideas. :-)

In the second story (Gina and Caleb are in this one too); Gina's brother Angelo has a run into a serious problem and needs to ask Gina, who's a psychic to help. Jewel is looking for her sister who's been kidnapped. She and Angelo decide reluctantly to work together...and the sparks fly, in more ways then one.

Two great paranormal romances, both are highly recommended~!

"The Devil Inside". His last girlfriend dumped Caleb Mann for being a bore in bed. His new girl Gina Devilin knows he is her soulmate even if he does not believe in her psychic abilities or his sexual prowess as he is all the Mann she craves and has known it from her first erotic dream with him before they met.

"Devil's Jewel". Gina's psychic hunter brother Angelo tries to rescue Nadya Kattalis a Gypsy from a demon using her to open a portal from hell. While struggling with his quest, Angelo falls in love with the girl's Jewel of a sister.

These two well written romantic fantasies are a strange blending that works quite nicely together with the connection being the psychic siblings. The first tale is ultra erotic while the second Devilin story is more paranormal. Thus fans who appreciate both genres will enjoy Sasha White's Devilin psychic thrillers.

Meeting a blind date who Caleb hopes will get him back on the fast track to dating isn't something he would normally do, but after being burned by his ex, Caleb's in need of a little reassurance. Gina knows it's wrong to misrepresent who she is to the handsome hunk but she's had a vision of him in her future and she's ready to take a chance on love. Gina and Caleb spend a whirlwind evening together that transcends the lie Gina has told.

Finding out that Gina is not the woman he was set up to meet isn't enough to keep Caleb away but her adamancy about her "powers" is something he can't wrap his mind around. Caleb doesn't believe in things that aren't easily explained, but if he and Gina are ever to fulfill their fate and be together, he will have to learn to accept the unacceptable.



Devil's Jewel

In the successor to The Devil Inside, Angelo aka Devil, brother to Gina and mind reader to boot provides us with a closer look at his life. Needing his sister's help with a missing person's case, Angelo must use Gina for her premonition talent. Hunting for a demon is tough business but right in line with the job he has kept secret from even his sister. A hired gun, fighting not only humans but also the paranormal creatures that are on this earth to do us harm.

Jewel, the sister of a half shifter who has been kidnapped by the demon Angel is haunting, doesn't trust anyone. After her gypsy family left her only living relative in the hands of the demon, she knows she can only trust herself to set her sister free. Together, Jewel and Angel will work with family and friends to stop the demon opening portals all over the earth while they both come to terms with feelings neither could have foreseen.



Mountain Retreat - Bonus Read

An appearance of his first love sets off alarm bells for Mac Goodman but also reawakens all the emotions of the last time they were together and in love. He hasn't seen Nikki Marks in years but that hasn't stilled the love he's always had for her. Unsure why she is there or what she is hiding, all he knows is he will do whatever it takes to protect her from whatever she's running from.



In this compilation of stories that has a variety of paranormal treats, from gypsies, an empath and even a shapeshifter, Sexy Devil has a little something for everyone. The Devil Inside, which I have to admit was my favorite of all three, has the instant attraction, an unbeliever, and a heroine with the ability to see the future. This was a pretty light story considering the heroine had a lot of convincing to do with the man of her future if she was ever going to have the love she deserved.

The follow-up story Devil's Jewel raised the action level by adding in a few more supernatural aspects. There is tons of action and even a demon that made this story with its fascinating cast of characters impossible to put down until the last page was read. This story also turned into a happy for now for the main couple but that ending fit and as a reader, I'm happy to see the author didn't force an undying love before it had a chance to grow.

Last but not least Mountain Retreat, the sole quickie of the bunch, was an instant hit. It was a powerful story told in a manner that left you loving Mac and Nikki and wanting them to find the happiness that had eluded them in the past. Overall I believe readers will enjoy this set of stories and as usual, Ms. White has done an excellent job in designing stories that not only speak to you but throw you into a world filled with excitement and love.

I'm very lukewarm on this book. The plots were OK; the sex scenes were OK, but nothing really hot, not what I was expecting based on all the superlatives used in other reviews. The sex was no different than what I'd expect in your standard popular romance book by Liz Carlyle or Lorrraine Heath, etc. Sexy but not particularly erotic. The BEST thing about this paperback is that WOW cover photo; now THAT I really drooled over! Big time!

I bought this book because I had heard good things about the author. This book had a real mystical element with a dash of romance. It was three short stories all related with characters, topic and place. I would not say it was very hot - this first book was the best. Over all I think think if you like gypsies/empath/shapeshifter/demon fiction then it would be worth reading.

Having read Sasha White's "Trouble" I was expecting a lot more of the same. And while the characters were interesting and the sex was good, the story was lacking. First of all, each story seemed too short, and in the second one especially I was wishing for a little less of the paranormal/thriller type stuff and a little more of the HEAT. I don't regret buying it... but at the same time, I won't be recommending it to anyone. I'd point others to her book "Trouble" first. And if you're looking for good paranormal/thriller stuff, look to Lora Leigh's Breeds series or J R Ward's Black Dagger Brotherhood.
