I told my hair dresser that I needed her to teach me how to backcomb my hair and she told be that I didn't need to backcomb my hair to get volume on top. That is when she showed me this product. And when she got done putting it in my hair I was amazed. With my fingers only, I could style volume into my hair...if that makes since. :)
Also I am a person who has to wash my hair every morning and the next morning when I woke up with the product still in my hair, my hair was not greasy looking and I was able to just comb and style my hair real quick and get out the door. Great stuff. Highly recommend it to people with fine/thin hair.

A friend who has short hair raved about this product, and I also saw for myself just what it did for her thin hair. I have rather long hair and was sure it wouldn't work for me. Well I was wrong folks......this is a great product for those of us who work with thin hair and scalp that likes to show its ugly face. Guess you can tell that I highly recommend this product!

I can't even tell you how many products I have bought over the years and used once or twice, put them on the shelf and then eventually thrown away.
This stuff is the real deal....it makes me look like I have twice the hair that I really do....plus you can actually make it two days without washing if you want.

I have extremely fine and thin hair. My daughter is a beautician and introduced me to this product. I was totally amazed, a few shakes and I thought she added a partial wig. I have never before had this much volume without using tons of product that are gooey and flaky. This is the answer I have been looking for!

I've had this for a while now, and when I first started using it, I wasn't satisfied. It wouldn't hold my hair the way I wanted, and it did nothing for my "bangs" (not really bangs, just the front part of my hair). It would make everything else have tons of volume and stand up *except* for the front of my hair. No matter what I did -- put a little, put a lot, apply directly to the roots, etc -- it would not hold that part of my hair up. It looks a little silly when the rest of your hair looks amazing and your "bangs" are flat and lifeless. And, on top of that, I thought the stuff made my hair feel nasty.
Come to find out, this stuff really wasn't ever meant to hold up bangs. It isn't a gel or whatever -- it's a volumizing dry shampoo. Plus, my hair style was really quite long, and it wasn't ever meant to do what I wanted it to do. Today, I tried it again, and I realize now how I have to use it:
1. Apply from the back to the front, directly to the roots, and style. APPLY LESS THAN YOU THINK YOU NEED (trust me on this).
2. Apply a second styling product (I use Redken Working Wax) for the areas that this won't touch (primarily the front of my hair and the back).
3. Look sexy.
If this stuff is used within its scope and in the manner it directs you to, it really is an amazing product. The bottle is TINY, but a little bit goes an extremely long way. It is a little weird shaking what looks like powdered sugar on your hair, but it really is worth it. Give this a try if you have extremely straight, fine, volume-less hair like I do.

I'm a hair product junky & have tried pretty much every root lifter/volumizing mousse/cream/spray out there...I have an inverted bob (longer in the front and shorter with layers in the back) and this product works amazing. All you need is a little bit. I just put a little on my hand, rub my hands together then use my hands to fluff up my hair. Or you could apply the product directly to your roots. I flip my head over and fluff it that way too! My hair is 50%-70% thicker looking and it feels alot thicker too! Even if your a few hours into your day and you feel like your hairs gone a lil flat, just use your hands to fluff up your hair and the volume will come right back! After buying this product no more trial and error with others! This product was money well spent and will definately be buying more when i run out:)

I agree with the other 5 star reviews. I used to use hair spray to back tease my hair on the top. This works so much better! Holds and lifts my shoulder length fine but thick hair, and makes your hair feel like it has texture. Use only tiny taps or your hair will feel gummy. It is a little tough to see where it has landed on the hair when you use so little, but if you have a dark wall or background behind you while styling, it helps. This lasts and can be finger fluffed any time during the day. Wonderful!

Anytime I purchase an item online I read its reviews first. The thing I hate the most is that some product/service reviews are not written by its actual consumers. I'm here to tell you I am 110% the buyer of this product and Love It! I have fine flat hair and have never come across a product that actually lasts all day. It is amazing. I will say this, once you put it in your hair, it has a really strange feel to the touch, but by looking you cannot even tell you have product in. Hope this review helps you!

Out of all the volumizers this is THE BEST
