Having just reached a milestone birthday and not feeling good about it, I thought I would give this book a try. Aging is inevitable, but doing it with Mojo was something that I wanted. The book is an easy read with lots of great advice. I followed just a few of the author's suggestions and I definitely notice a positive difference.

I'm a ways off from 50 but I was intrigued by this book after hearing a girlfriend talk about it. The exercises in it are so manageable and the stories totally speak to me.
This book reminds you of what you may pretend to forget or what you've stopped believing in..that mojo is powerful and something to seek out on a daily basis. Mojo, as the book talks about is really your level of vibrancy. And there's a cool exercise where you learn to study people and notice the people with a really strong mojo. That was very cool to do.
I hope that when I'm in my 50s I have as much vibrancy as Melinda Lee, this book's author. I'll try to keep doing the physical exercises she suggests because after a week of doing them I already feel amazing and they only take 8 minutes a day!

Highly recommended for people (men AND women) who need a digestible 'pick me up' to get back to their best.

So much we already know but need to review, remember and DO. Like the suggested exercises and meditations. Great upbeat tone. Will promise to follow and practice at least one a month until I do all and then start over.

This book gives you great everyday tips to improving your life, period. It's geared to over 50, but at 42 I found it very useful! It's chock full of important reminders and new information in an easy-going style that makes you feel like being a better person is something completely attainable. Inspiring!
