Smart, sensible and efficient! (and one caveat), December 9, 2007
This program is a smart and thorough way to tone your body, improve your eating habits, increase your energy, and fit it in to a busy lifestyle. The 6-minute segments and food advice are really very good!
Caveat: I give it 5 stars BUT I feel that following the instructions in the book adds up AT FIRST to a lot more than 6 minutes per segment. If you follow along with the DVD, however, then the 6-minute intervals really do take only 6 minutes.
So, if you learn easily from written pages and B&W photos, then the book will be all you need, and you'll get faster at the different segments as you repeat them. If (like me) you need to SEE the exercises being performed or prefer to exercise along with someone else, then you will need to purchase the additional DVDs. They are not yet released but I have already ordered them as I KNOW I will use them. (The DVD included with the book has four excellent 6-minute segments.)
The food advice in the book is sensible, not at all "diet" style. It just makes sense both from a food quality as well as quantity standpoint, and also from a timing point of view: it's recommended that you eat six times per day, eat good protiens, smart carbs, and lots of frutis and vegs.
Tracey is motivating, encouraging and friendly, not preachy; she has a business and two young kids, like many of us; she used real women (including her mum!) to test out the program and saw positive results in all those who stuck with the program for 6 weeks. And the results weren't ridiculous claims of loosing vast amounts of weight or becoming a super-model, they were real, attainable and honest results.
If this sounds like a way you'd like to approach weight loss and/or maintenance, and attaining a healthful lifestyle and more energy, then you won't be disappointed.

Try Tracey's Method - you won't be disappointed!, December 21, 2007
I did Tracey's six-week plan and couldn't believe how easy it was to follow and how quickly results showed! The great things about this book are that Tracey details a healthy eating program and shows you how to exercise more efficiently to get results. I was already exercising and thought I had a pretty healthy diet, but even making small changes in the way I did things had huge results. I feel better, look better, and have more energy. I have incorporated Tracey's plan fully into my life. People ask me if I am still "doing Tracey Mallett" and while I don't feel like I am on a "plan" this is just the way I live now...and it feels great! I highly recommend this book.

Creative, Challenging and Yummy Recipes, December 5, 2007
This book is well put together and easy to use. It is simple to read and very thorough. It's loaded with personal stories, tips, very easy to follow pictures and includes a DVD with four 6-minutes quick blast workouts. The book expands upon these workouts to give variety and is great to travel for quick workouts.
Everyone that had tried Tracey's program felt better and had more energy.
The idea behind this book is ingenious, you can get as creative as you want on the food options and the recipes are yummy.
This program will awaken all the senses and it makes all the sense in the world! Go Team Mallett! Thank you Tracey!
