Nina Bowes arrives at the house she is being loaned for a few days. She has traveled to the Jersey shore to see and listen to singer Tony
Capriatti, the object of Nina's affection for the last five years. Nina has never met Tony, but she has attended every single one of his shows that she could. Nina decides she is hungry and heads down the boardwalk in the rain. Running with her head down, she literally runs smack dab into none other than Tony Capriatti.

Tony Capriatti has made many a woman swoon, but he has never knocked one out cold. There's a first time for everything, however, when Nina runs into him and is knocked unconscious. Tony carries Nina back to her cottage and proceeds to offer to cook her dinner.

Nina is mortified that Tony will recognize her, especially since she used to weigh a lot more than she does now. Scared to confess, she
just goes with the flow and sparks begin to fly. All too soon, reality intrudes and Nina knows that she will have to somehow make Tony believe that she isn't a stalking fan. What will Tony think when Nina comes clean?

Knockout by Hannah Murray is scorching hot and achingly tender at the same time. I can see why Nina adored Tony. He was sexy personified, and I have to admit to being a bit attracted to him as well. I can fully relate to Nina's apprehension. No one wants to be thought bad of, and as such, Hannah Murray has proceeded to make Knockout a real, honest look at problems women, and some men, face today with self esteem.

Knockout, a Fun in the Sun series quickie, was electrically charged and highly entertaining. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Hannah Murray
caught my attention with Jane and the Sneaky Dom and I have yet to read anything from her that I haven't liked.
