Use these Pliers to redo my bench seats in my 1977 Nova. Seriously if you need these pliers for a project or two... they're great!! They get the job done. For the price... I was very happy with the final product.

These are a must for doing fence work around the house or the farm. I used these to make my own extra large tomato cages for the garden. Just used concrete wire and voila custom made four ft cages. Get the tool and the hog rings and your on your way.
Use gloves and eye protection as fencing will coil and cut you if not careful.

I've been looking for one of these for a long time, and all I could find were ridiculously expensive ones. I ran across this while looking for something else, and since the price was right, I ordered it right away. And I'm glad I did. These pliers, along with the hog rings of course, just make a lot of jobs easier. I fixed a bird feeder, did some upholstery work and a bunch of other things.

We don't keep hogs here in the NYC suburbs, but the hog ring pliers still come in handy!

Used to use these to put the rings in the old sow's nose so when out on pasture she wouldn't plow up the whole back forty. Hogs dearly love to root but can really make a mess of things. Now these tools are useful to fasten up upholstery springs or connect chicken wire together in your garden and numerous other uses. This one works just fine. Adjustable screw sets how much the rings close when applying. This one seems to be more than satisfactory for general use. Hardware stores used to all stock these but no more it seems. Happy find them here on Amazon.

I ordered these trying to find the right pliers for 6 gauge hog rings. Works OK on 9 gauge and smaller, not at all on 6 gauge, but I wasn't too surprised. The right pliers cost close to $80.00 online and you can't tell them from these in the photos. Carole Baskin, CEO Big Cat Rescue
