very useful cookbook for USA kosher living
Unlike most of the books on the subject this one uses USA terms and addresses the USA issues, not UK and not Israeli R. Cohen is a student of R. Feinstein, who lived in NYC and was the greatest in the previous generation, and this book is based on his psak. The foreign authors are based on more stringent Israeli poskim.

Will update once I have read it, but took a while to get here. Was highly recommended to me, so I can't wait to start reading it.
