I have tried alot of the Shabtai products, from the cookies to the seven layer cakes, and they are all delicious. My son is on a gluten free diet, and I keep these treats in the freezer, and cut a piece as I need it. He finally doesn't feel deprived anymore. This has been a godsend for us.

My son and I have celiac disease (along with several other food intolerances). I ordered these with no expectations as we "try and trash" many gluten/dairy/soy/corn free products. We found that everyone in our family enjoys these. They are very light and airy. We don't consider them a cookie, per se, but still a treat. I assume they would be good with your average lady finger desserts, but ours never get that far. My husband and I like them in the morning, my son (5) likes them anytime, as does our 1 year old daughter.

MY HUSBAND IS CELIAC. HE FOUND THESE COOKIES TO BE TASTELESS & VERY DRY. HE TOSSED THEM IN THE TRASH. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!
