this is one of those 80s albums that you can put on and say: DAMN, WHAT HAPPENED TO THOSE GOOD OLE TIMES?!!!? when i hear the snythesizers and that midnight star-like voice box thang, i get tingles as i think about simpler times. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, the joy of being an 80s kid!!!! a great "cookout album" if ya dig me. AND SING.............IN HARRRRRRRRR-MO-NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE, indeed!!!!

So glad I found it I have been looking for one particular song on the CD
FOREVER and now have it Yea!!!

was sent the wrong cd twice! searched long and hard for this title- was excited to see that amazon had it--- apparently-- NOT! so disappointed.

To be fair, I listened to this CD several times in a row, to see if anything other than "Shackles" stood out among this collection. Frankly, nothing did. Maybe this explains the price (about $9/US) that I paid for it. Don't get me wrong, "Shackles" is an outstanding tune! I just wish I could say the same for the rest of the disc.

I rate this disc - 3 stars!

I love this song. We used to skate to SHACKLES in the 80's. I went to a birthday party for my niece and they played it at the skating rink. Great memories. I think my cousin and I had more fun skating to it than the kids did.

After listening to this album for the first time, I was in complete awe, and full of gusto and ambrosia. This is a very popular album at the school that I attend, Brother Rice High School.
